This is inform i have a ford ikon model 2008 ,i had taken this car to shaman ford a dealer of ford car in mumbai for a abnormal noise while driving my car .

This compliant was made to the dealer on 5 oct 2010 wher my car was under waranty , after the inspection by shaman they informed that the tires are not good and i was surprised to hear that the new car jsut a year old which had hardly run as that date for 21000 km tires need to be replaced. After the argument s with shaman they didnt keep there word and finally my warranty was over.

When i took my car to shaman again on 2nd nov 2010 for the same problem i came to know that the dealer is no with ford .

Then i went to wasan where they informed me for the that car will not be attended on the last complaint as it is shaman's jobs and not their job.

I am totally disappointed with the service of Ford Dealers and ford company and since i am trying to contact them they are not available .

Kidly guide me to file complaint against them.
