i had bought a chevrolet beat base model olympic white , registration number dl1tab5242 from autovikas sales and service pvt limited , 34 , ring road lajpat nagar -4 n.delhi-24 on 30 . 07 . 2010.
i had bought a base model and orderd for some acessories for which they gave me a package of 24,000 rs for 1. autocop car securiety system , 2.gear lock , 3.all four door power windows , 4.sony music system with four 4 inch speakers.
they took the whole amount of 379000 for the car with the acessories but delivered the car with folling things missing
1.only front two power windows,rear power windows missing
2.securiety system installed had only central locks in four door , no engine cutoff switch or bonnet securiety switch or dekki switch.

they alos promised me car perfume and front seat cushions which was not present in the car when they delivered me.

i am highly disappointed with this and i want strict action to be taken against the dealer.
