I had to write this mail in a desperate effort to bring into your notice a serious case of negligence on part of a reputed Honda Service station and its staff.
The case dates back to 8th june 2010. I brought in my Honda Accord 2009 Registration No.:PB10CN-5132 into Ring Road Honda Sector 17 Gurgaon. The Car had starting problem and few dents on the body. Apart from this every accessory and engine part were intact.
The Service Adviser duly ****yzed whole car, got his Mechanic and dentor engaged and gave us a very convincing idea that it will take at the most 20 days to put the car in perfectly working condition.
So good so far, the problem started after that and havent ended even till now.
Since then i have excruciatingly traveled 90 kms every week from Delhi to you service station and spent almost thousand rupees every week just to listen that "the car is almost ready and collect it next week." Same story have been repeated the every so called 'next week'. Does it really take 4 months to rectify a car in a so called state of the art Honda service station. Do we really have to push that much for repairing every car that enters there?
may be your production of honda accord 2.4 is minimum 1 per day but my car is built but there are no part available i always heard that sir parts are not available
i bought this car for reputation of Honda not of Ring road honda they are destroying the image of Honda
Last week I again reached Ring Road Honda in a view to get the car delivered. I got the shock and surprise of my life. Surprise, that this time it was ready to be delivered, Shock that the bill was for Rs 1 Lakh 67 thousand ONLY. The bill was nicely prepared 6 pages of bullshit material that had been issued for this car. Can you imagine that this list contains even my car's Display module which was working perfectly fine and had nothing to do with starting problem.
I cant stop myself from comparing my car to a patient who came to a clinic for a fever and went back with his liver and kidney replaced and even paid for them.
I would request that someone responsible look into the matter and get my car delivered without the associated agony.
I sincerely hope that the request doesn't fall on deaf ears this time and i am not forced to put this issue on a bigger and public forum.
