I have a honda city vmt. I met with an accident on 9 sept 2011 and the vehicle was send to authorized dealer for repair. the repair estimate was more than 80% of the cost and after a delay from both dealer and insurance side i have been offered to accept total loss with a compensation according to IDV. But this process took around 2.5 months and now i have been asked to pay an amount of Rs28000 as garage charges. How fair is this to charge everything from the customer thogh the delay was from their side and from the insurance company. please guide me and help me.
