Lack of integrity and unfair treatment/ after sales service
I had some bitter experience. We as Indian consumers are taken for a ride, In USA you can sue the company if your lip is burnt because they have not mentioned hot content on the cup(made of paper)
1. In January 10 purchased a Honda City VMT from Ring Road Honda Janpath. I was handed over the car MINUS the remote of its music system. I found out later that the staff sells them.
2. Got the service done at South End Honda Badarpur Service Centre. The Pen drive was stolen by the staff. Manager and service in-charge feigned ignorance.
3. Purchased a new Samsung phone with dual sim .The pins of the charger provided with Samsung has defective design( possibly all models). Within 2 days of purchase when pulling out of the socket the distal point of the pin broke and remained inside the socket at the 3rd floor room of Hotel Mandakini , Uttarkashi.. The retailer Royal Mobile Malviya Nagar can’t help. Samsung can not help.
Lesson- Take nothing for granted. Check what you get at delivery by the previous owners.
Never buy Samsung mobile as charger has defective design with terminal metallic part of the pin thick and proximal plastic part thin. Once inside it is difficult to pull it out of electric socket.
