Good Day Gentlemen,
The situation seems very complicated as well as transparent; I will proceed legally in consumer court. 1. Please find the trailing mails for reference.My initial booking was done on 05/04/2010. I made a payment of 1000 (One thousand rupees) Receipt No.0108512 at that time itself my name was printed wrongly as KARTHICK.S, I corrected it with the booking person. She said no issues we will correct in the system and ledger. 2. During the second payment done on 04/06/2010 for 47,016(Forty seven thousand sixteen rupees) the same mistake happened (They printed as KARTHICK.S). I noticed and informed them, you can clearly see that I have provided a DEMAND DRAFT but the cashier made the receipt as Cheque. You can view the correction done by JSP Staffs on the attached file marked in blue pen Receipt No.0112810 3. The excess payment which I have to do it, they haven’t done it correctly. I was very much frustrated with their lethargic behaviour of Mr.Everet (Floor In charge) and the account person. They haven’t collected any cash from my end and they simply provided me the receipt and gave a credit note for 1165/-(Receipt No.1629). Which I couldn’t understand what’s happening inside? 4. Then I my asked Mr.Everet stating that I haven’t made any payment for the excess amount for 2591(Two thousand five hundred ninety one rupees) then he again went to the accounts department and verified it, he apologised stating that the girl made a credit note hence we forgot to collect the cash. Finally they made the receipt for it (Receipt No. 0112813) 5. Viewing the above scenario, I made the excess payment of 2591(Two thousand five hundred ninety one rupees) through my credit card so that I can have a proof. 6. I told several times to Mr.Everet stating that my name should not be printed wrongly in R.C ,since they are repeatedly doing the same mistake. I myself wrote my name in their booking ledger which I have attached to you for reference. Please view it carefully and identify how many corrections they have made it in different areas. How many strikes and errors. 7. Finally now in the Registration Certificate, My name was printed as KARTHICK.S instead of KARTHIK.S. Now they are giving a simple reason that RTO has done a mistake and we are not responsible for it. 8. When I got frustrated and I’m asking Mr.Everet, he said that I’m barking at him. He used the word KATHUREEN in Tamil (Which refers only animals). How can he use the word? 9. I’m really very much upset mentally, since I bought the scooter for a birthday present. Paying the full amount cash with hard earned money and with more sentiment, I purchased this scooter. But they spoiled the whole thing. 10. Hence I want a prompt answer from HONDA within a day time. I’m really sorry I don’t need a corrected R.C Or else a duplicate R.C. Because from the beginning JSP Honda staffs have been very lethargic and they are fully responsible for this. 11. Since it affected my time, my energy, my sentiments feelings, I can’t even digest the way they did it. Either Honda wants they can take back the scooter or else I would proceed legally for the way they treated so far and which in turn they spoiled my happiness in buying the scooter. 12. If I’m not getting a prompt answer from any one. I’m sure that I would take it legally in consumer court and sue the dealership as well as Honda Scooters India for not responding when I’m complaining about the process error happening right from the beginning.
