Honda jazz select car purchased on 24.01.2011 from M/S Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon, is being used at Vadodara. Cheating is done as Model supplied (Mar 2011) has been different from the offered (Oct 2011). Since the beginning, AC has been ineffective. Car has been taken to local dealer 6 times but problem is same. Correspondence by email and phone to their customer relation did not fetch any solution and they are only passing time. Customer relation department pass on the problem to local customer care where they are unable to sought out problem. I have asked for car replacement due to its inherent problem but no reply on this.
