I had booked theHonda Jazz car at Hall mark Honda ,Nerul Navi Mumbai paying Rs.1.0 Lac on 01.09.2012.They assured to deliver in amonth's time.till date they have not delivered.I have giveen them the option of refund with interest,which they are refusing.Pls help me out.
