Sir/Madam,

I am serving with indian army. on 16 May 2010 I gone to sector 7C for purchase a Car. I see a Matiz in cost of 70,000/-. Dealer ask me for paid some money in adv. I paid 6000/- in adv. and told them that I will manage rest money in few days. Sir due to domestic problem I am unable to provide bal money. Now I have phone up to dealer that I am unable to manage the money, and I want I adv money back, but he is refusing that BAYANA can not get back.


Sir I am a sailered person and not much income. Sir give me suitable advise for get my money back.
