I m praveen kataria feeling very awkward writing these lines for Tata Rama motor staff, new delhi, today on 09 Jan 11 my Tata Nano got breakdown near oberai hotel and delhi golf club, i purchased this car on 31 Dec 10. when i was to purchase it, the rama motor staff was very much courtious behind me for every instant and once i purchased it they forgot me when i enquired them about my breakdown and helpline no. and replying in very rude manner saying that u rectify your car problem through any road mechanic this is the courtesy they are showing to their customers, it was by chance i was having the no. of pune tata showroom, they helped me and gave me the tollfree no. and my nano was made roadworthy, but the rama motor staff did not show any courtesy to give me any helpline no./breakdown no. i had contacted mr mukesh, mr vinod and other lady staff also but nobody gave any clue to rectify the faults/any helpline no.
if this is the condition of the motor vehicle dealers towards the car purchasers where the customer will contact in emergency that means they are made for only to sale their vehicle that's all, not for after sales relationship, very disgusting and disappointment, why i purchased the car from rama motors.
