With reference to the above vehicle, I would like to bring to your kind attention the following:

The vehicle was being picked & dropped by Capital Hundai, Noida since the last three years, ( 20.08.2008 ), all as per schedule.

The same was supposed to have been picked up for paid service on 16.10.2011 as confirmed, but the same was not picked up for reasons best known to the management of Capital Hundai, as a result of which me & my car was blocked for the whole day during this festive season.


The reason for the same seems to by my earlier complaint to HMIL regarding the defective alignment since the day of purchase, as explained in the attachment.

I would like to know the following:

1. Is it the policy of the company to harass HMIL’s customers? ,

2. What was the reason for not picking the care & that to without intimation to me! ,

3. Are the acts of omission & commissions within the frame work of the various laws of the land & those of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association?

4. Does the dealer has the option to pick & choose? .

It is regretted to point out that this sort of behavior on part of your authorized dealer speaks volumes of the character & services of HMIL & has acted as a deterrent for us to use a HMIL’s product in future.

Hoping that your department will take up this matter seriously for such lack of managerial abilities on part of Capital Hundai & its management.

It would be pertinent to take note that we have used your Santro & i.10 cars, including this Verna since 2003.
