This is the 4th mail regarding the problem
I booked the car on 18Th August 2010.I was promised that car will arrive on 31st august and delivery will be given on 2ND September which was Krishna Janmasthmi.So the finance was also arranged and transferred to your account on 1st Sept.
But after that the response from your side was not not good.Your sales people are saying that i10 has got a face lift so prices have increased and the discounts offered earlier will not be applicable to the new version. I am losing a lot in this deal with you.
Over all basic cost has went up by 25000.
Loyalty bonus from Hyundai --- 15000
Free insurance from Hyundai --- 18000
Free 3rd year warranty from Hyundai --- 3000
Depreciation of 10 % ie (approx) --- 50000 ( if delivered after 30 Sept )
overall loss of Rs 110000/-.Who is going to bear this loss Kundan or Hyundai.
I cannot bear the above losses.I will buy the car only if the original price & discount given at the time of booking is applicable.
You are requested to please consider my position and do the needful
