I had booked my Hyundai i10 1.2 Kappa2 magna model vehicle (Color - Carbon grey) on 24th dec 2011 paying an advance of Rs 5000/ - based on the commitment given by suryabala auto sales rep. Mr. Ranjith for availing the dec 2011 offer. And also he informed me that he had booked the car with hyundai and I have to complete the loan formalities and remaining payment by 31st Dec 2011 to avail the offer. I had got my loan sanctioned on 28th Dec 2011. and made my remaining payment on 31st Dec 2011. I have all the receipts for the payment and loan. When I asked about the delivery of the vehicle they said the vehicle will be coming from hyundai on 3rd Jan 2012. When I called them up on 3rd Jan 2012 they said there is delay in truck movement so the vehicle will come only on 7th Jan 2012. I called them on 8th Jan 2012 to know the status, they informed me that the vehicle had came for me and I asked for the registration of my vehicle on 19th Jan 2012. After that there was no information from the sales rep. Mr. Ranjith. On 18th Jan 2012 Bank manager called me up and informed that Mr. Ranjith of suryabala Autos is asking for release of fund for my vehicle since vehicle has come its going for registration on 19th Jan 2012, and asked me whether he can release the loan amount. I had agreed for the same and called the sales rep Mr. Ranjith to know the exact status, then he confirmed me that vehicle will be registered on 19th Jan 2012 and he needs my photo and ration card copy for the same. Since I was in office I asked him to collect it from me on 19th Jan 2012 morning. On 19th Jan 2012 he came to my office and collected all the documents and got all the registration papers signatured by me. After that there was no info. from him about the registration and when I called also he didn't pick the phone. On 20th Jan 2012 when I called in the morning he said he will call in another 10 min repeteadly and after some time he picked the phone and said the vehicle didn't get registered. when I asked why he informed me that due to Vigilence inspection in RTO on 19th and 20th of Jan 2012 no vehicle have been registered and said that my vehicle will be registered on 23rd Jan 2012. But when I enquired, my collegue got his honda activa registered on 19th Jan 2012 and when I enquired the reliable sources they said there was no such problem in any of the RTO's, so the same day evening I went to Suryabala auto to know the exact status, when I questioned them why my vehicle didn't get registered on 19th Jan 2012, they came with a reply that they had received the vehicle from hyundai only on 20th Jan 2012 afternoon and said that my vehicle will be registered on 23rd Jan 2012 and asked me to come and select the accessories on 21st Jan 2012.I went and selected the accessories and came back and in the evening Mr. Ranjith of suryabala autos called me back and informed that my vehicle will not be registered on 23rd Jan 2012 too. when I asked why he didn't reply and discontinued the phone line. So I called him continuosly the same day to know the status after some time he picked the phone and replied really harshly that your vehicle will not be given to you what ever you want to do you do. Then I called him again and begged him instead of buying a car to know the status then he informed me that the if I want the carbon grey colour I will have to pay Rs 20000/- extra since the had received the vehicle with the mfg. year of 2012. Else he asked me to select the colour available with them in the 2011 mode (Black, white and red). then I said him that I had made my payments as you had said me to avail the offer and you said on 19th Jan 2012 that my vehicle will be registered. but now you asking me to pay Rs 20,000/ - extra. who's fault it is, for your fault I am not ready to compromise on colour or pay extra for the model. and also I didn't ask for the 2012 model at any part of time. still nothing moved on and my vehicle didn't got registered on 23rd Jan 2012 also. Kindly suggest me what I should do. I need you people to suggest me out on the move to resolve this issue with the dealer. I had gone to this dealer only because of the offer he had given me.
