Hyundai i10 Car

I bought i10 car sportz in Feb 2009 frm SHARYU MOTORS ,turbhe Navi Mumbai,
On 31 July 2010 my car damaged frm below .i carried it to Sharyu Motors on same day ,
I was told that for repair purpose 50000 will be the expences.ICICI lombard is the Insurance Company for car
.But company is not ready to give reimberssment,
i request you kindly look into this matter.
