I had purchased a i20 Asta Car on 13 Dec 2010 from the Republic Hyundai at Ranchi. Since then I did not get time to check for the milage. This time when I checked and monitored on Highway, I started on 1763 and after jurney when I came back the odo was showing 2317. This simply means that I have travelled around 554, I was not using AC and veru occasionally the AC was on. But the vehicle has consumed 55 litres of petrol. No doubt in the measuerment of petrol which may be contended by u. This simply means that car has given around 11.6 KM/Ltr, where as u clain for 17 Kilometers on highway. I am presently located at Patna (Bihar).
I wish to formally complain the so huge difference in your claim and the actual performance.
