i had booked in nov'11a hyundai verna fluidic sx model (mh01bb2463) from hyundai motor plaz showroom at senapati bapat marg,mumbai showroom and taken delivery on 6th dec'11. i had an old santro xing purchased from hyundai motor plaza in sept 2003(mh01ma 2578). i had asked for loyalty bonus but the company refused at time of booking.the salesman mr. rahul pawar told that delivery will take 2 months at time of booking and also that at time of delivery if there is increase in price then i will have to pay the difference 'however if there is a scheme by the company at time of delivery, then i will be get all the benefits of the same.
in 1st week of dec'11 the company came up with loyaly scheme of giving a discount of rs 15000 to customers buying fluidic verna petrol version .on 5th dec i was told that the car has come and that i could inspect it before delivery. i inspected the same on eveng of 5th dec'11. i picked up my car on 6th dec as it was auspicious date. at time of delivery i came across advt in newspapers about the loyalty discount.i asked for the same but i was refused by the company.To me mr. rahul pawar was eyes ears and mounth of the hyundai motor plaza.
i seek justice . i wish to be compensated by rs 15000 plus appropriate damages.
