Dear Authorities and customer care
I would like to give the overview of the problem which I face after purchasing the I 20 car from Krrish Hyundai at Patna.
I purchased the I 20 car on 30/09/2010 with following details:
Car MODEL: Hyundai I 20 Magna
Engine No:- G4LAAM508074
V.I.N:- MALBB51BLAM223387
Dealer Name:- Krrish Motors Pvt. Ltd. Patna
Car no:- BR-01AY 3353
Next day I found that the AC of the car is not working, same has been registered to the local dealer, he suggested me to come on Tuesday(05/10/10). After checking the car he told me that the gas has been leaked out due to some valve problem in the AC cooling pipe. He describe me the problem has been fixed and you can take back car. The AC worked fine for few days. Again on 24th October 2010 when I was driving the car I make the AC on but it didn’t work, most probably the same reason of gas leak out. While complaining the same to the HMIL they took back the car and gives the feedback that this time some software problem has been identified. The new software has been installed in your car and the problem has been fixed up. They handed over the car on 01/11/10.
Again on 14th November 2010 I found that the AC of the car is malfunctioning.
The same has been registered to the local dealer/service centre and Regional Manager of HMIL. This time I am not getting any response from the worst company like HMIL.
The service standards & the approach of the company authorities towards my issue is pathetic and not tolerable.
Even I mailed my issue to company official customer care mail ID(cr@hmil.net) on 25 October 2010 at 16:42. with no response from them. Why the ashamed company like HMIL will give response to a consumer.
I would like to ask the questions to the Hyundai INDIA MOTOR Private Limited.
1. My father purchased the car on loan to get the services of one of the world leading automobile company but sorry to say you that HMIL was not up to the standard in my case.
2. I raise the question on your process to make the PDI DONE before delivering the car to the customer.
3. I raise the question to your after sales services.
I have only option left except the consumer forum were I believe my case will send to the competent authorities.
