    Dear Authorities and customer care

    I would like to give the overview of the problem which I face after purchasing the I 20 car from Krrish Hyundai at Patna.

    I purchased the I 20 car on 30/09/2010 with following details:


    Car MODEL: Hyundai I 20 Magna
    Engine No:- G4LAAM508074
    V.I.N:- MALBB51BLAM223387
    Dealer Name:- Krrish Motors Pvt. Ltd. Patna
    Car no:- BR-01AY 3353



    Next day I found that the AC of the car is not working, same has been registered to the local dealer, he suggested me to come on Tuesday(05/10/10). After checking the car he told me that the gas has been leaked out due to some valve problem in the AC cooling pipe. He describe me the problem has been fixed and you can take back car. The AC worked fine for few days. Again on 24th October 2010 when I was driving the car I make the AC on but it didn’t work, most probably the same reason of gas leak out. While complaining the same to the HMIL they took back the car and gives the feedback that this time some software problem has been identified. The new software has been installed in your car and the problem has been fixed up. They handed over the car on 01/11/10.

    Again on 14th November 2010 I found that the AC of the car is malfunctioning.

    The same has been registered to the local dealer/service centre and Regional Manager of HMIL. This time I am not getting any response from the worst company like HMIL.

    The service standards & the approach of the company authorities towards my issue is pathetic and not tolerable.

    Even I mailed my issue to company official customer care mail ID(cr@hmil.net) on 25 October 2010 at 16:42. with no response from them. Why the ashamed company like HMIL will give response to a consumer.

    I would like to ask the questions to the Hyundai INDIA MOTOR Private Limited.



    1. My father purchased the car on loan to get the services of one of the world leading automobile company but sorry to say you that HMIL was not up to the standard in my case.

    2. I raise the question on your process to make the PDI DONE before delivering the car to the customer.

    3. I raise the question to your after sales services.

    I have only option left except the consumer forum were I believe my case will send to the competent authorities.

    Question money sucking Mosquitos for i20 servicing

    Dear Hyundains

    we were very glad to purchase the i20 magna car and feel proud to be woning it.It was our most unfortunate that when we go to service center after servicng they want us sell out the car that way they strat sqeesing the money out of the customer. One of the culprit draged a line on right both doors we have shown the same show room then service engineer says both doors needs to painted again. It will cost seven thousand. when equired outside the for the same they said it matter thousand rupees. Can some body really go through the customer complant and resolve the problem. I have handed over the car for servicing and one accidental scrach on left side. For the servicng I am ready pay what ever has told. for the accidetnal scrach the insurance agencies is takeing care. but my right culprit drawing line the want from seven thousand whereas it is only thousnad. That is the reason I put a word that it pleasure to purchase Hyundia i20 painful while givng it to servicng the car that after free service .It has become the authorised dealers paradise.     Default Complait of service and wrongful charging

    I have purchased i20 (CH01 AC 3872) from Ultimate Hyundai, Chandigarh on 30.04.2010. The first 3 free services have been carried out by the dealer but non to my satisfaction. Time taken was more than double of that given in the job card on every occasion. On my last free service on 30.04.2011, no estimate was given to me of the spares & labour charges. The concerned Advisor, Mr. Babu told me verbally all the rates. He told me that the rate of side mirror is about Rs. 3000. When asked to get the exact rate he said that the store is closed yet (At 09.30 AM). He gave me the delivery time as 12.50 PM and the car was taken to service. At 12.30 PM, I send him to get the rates but he told me that the store was still closed. He said that it will take another 2 hours and I left the vehicle at their disposal and gave him my mobile number. When there was no call from him up to 03.00 PM, I went to there at 03.20 PM only to find my car still under washing. The mirrors have been fitted for Rs. 4100 + 12.5% each. I said him why he fitted the mirrors, which were not priced any where near Rs. 3000/- as told by him, without consulting me, he said, “Aap ne dawaane to hai, bahar se dalwaayoge to b itne ke he padenge”. I raised the matter to Ms. Shruti Verma but got the same answer. I was at last out at 04.00 PM, no doubt frustrated. I was so much fed up with the service and behavior of the staff, I opt not to go there again.

    The main problem of AC not working properly highlighted by me on that day had not been rectified by them and is giving appreciable perspiration even at lowest temperature.

    Then in first week of June, 2011 there was a call from New Delhi asking me to give numbers for the satisfaction (1 to 10) and I narrated the whole story. After interference from higher office I received unsigned letter dated ………. from Ms Shruti Verma offering me one more service (for AC repairs) at my convenient date & time. Then I called the given mobile number (attended by Ms Reeta) opting for the service on 18.06.2011 at 09.00 AM. She declined my option giving a lame excuses that it is not possible keeping in view the week end rush. Then on 20.06.2011, I called Ms Reeta to book my service on 22nd or 23rd June, 2011. Then she said that the AC mechanic is on one month leave and is supposed to join his duty on 24.06.2011 and offered me to come on 25.06.2011 or other wise go to Punchkula. When I asked her on 22.06.2011 to give the same excuse in writing she said that no body will give you in writing.
