Dear sir ,

Thank you for this forum otherwise i am not sure how a consumer's voice will be heard of monopolistic trade practices and poor standard of work done .

Well , I represent Camellia warehouse and drive a red accent registered number AS 01W 6988 and the same car has been till date serviced and changed oil etc . all in mukesh hyundai and again i sent my car for normal servicing but they said clutch overhauling needs to be done and so i agreed and paid them 8000/- and released my car . The car was kept from 3rd till 8th and due to some mechanical / workers strike or whatever that comes to their mind they did not release my car early but on my repeated instance on saturday the 8th of january only .

Now , I drove the car on 10th morning as my driver got the car very late on 8th and 9th I was tied for some work so the first chance i got i heard a wierd noize presuming from clutch work done half or not tightened or incomplete .The gear oil started to leak a bit .
I called mukesh hyundai and they said to send it again on 12th and so i sent but they on 12th said that they have some boring works so they cannot look into any car untill bihu which is 14th and 15th January . Today as i write this mail it is 19th january and from the 3rd till 19th january my car lies in my car unused , gear oil leaked and instead of apologizing and refering me to another work shop or Free job re-done they are still saying we are still not open etc etc . I am moreover scared to drive my car as i made many trips from home to mukesh hyundai and having sent back if the problem further detiorates and the gear oil leaking has also increased .

I would hence like to mention one Mr. Singh who was very rude and addressed himself as the service manager but is completely incompetent to deliver anything besides excuses and also Mukesh Hyundai should be punished for such behaviour towards customers.

I have to use auto rickshaw and taxis for a period of 15 days and I follow their instruction when they say change this and that and now i suffer and i cannot do anything to them is a bit annoying and making me angry with myself . They feel by being in remote area in guwahati they will get away from such consumer handling and services .
