i have book this car hyundai new verna crdi sx 1.6bsiv to dealer mai hyundai sangli on 08/06/2011 by giving advance of Rs 75,000.00 as a booking amount My customer Id :c2011060070 and my receipt No PR2011002868
On that time it was written the delivery time max to max 75 to 80 day and on booking form it was 90 days max but now it's very long time i have got no response from the dealer or company, looking that on the date of form when i visit the dealer for my car there was no reply to me , then i submit a letter registered A D for the same complaint they send me the check no 152029 from IDBI bank kolhapur branch with account no 46465100000082 of my advance on 14/07/2011 without any reason by registered ad, looking that we went for the telephone complaint with the company for many times but there was no action for delivery they just tell us to wait for one week wait for one week and the same ,
now i am suffering for car as per my age 70 year in this old age i got many health problem & mental harassment without car i am not able to move, my request is to get my car very soon
