I had given my car (Hyundai Santro Zing) at Hyundai service center in Mulund (West), Mumbai - 80, for a paid services with 2 problems reported (starting and stuttering noise from the back from left side).

The vehcile was examined and serviced for the components that were to be replaced.
During the receipt of the vehicle the drivers window was damaged and the service center refused to take the responsibility arogantly saying that it was an old car and can get damaged any time and refused to repair it.

I need to launch a complaint against this service center for the negligence and rude behaviour.

Please advice.
