I have given my hyundai Sonata s20 RTO registered number MH02 PA2778 for service at Patel Auto pvt. Ltd., Goregaon (W). When i given my car for service, my car's CD player was working well. When i got my
car back after service i found its not working and it was evening that moment. I made a payment and after that i registered that my car's cd player is not working. I asked them why is it so? They said Sir, our electricians are muslims and ramzan is going on so all went for the day so come our place in morning time, we will see, what happen. I was busy on next day so i went there after two days and one of their electrician have taken look on it. He said Sir, we can't help you. You have to go Company's service station to make it work. We are sorry for that. I told them i will see and let you know. I got a call from the company regarding how my vehicle is working, i told them about the problem again. They replied we will look in to it and will let you know latter. I was waiting for their response. After few days i got the call from them and they said the same thing to me, that you have to take your vehicle to the company's service center. If company will charge 5000 then who will responsible for that. I already told them regarding the same but they are not listening and just saying sorry we can't help you. Please help me. I want justice. I have already paid more than eight thousand rupees to them for service.
