hello

I have purchased i10 car in Januray 2010, and on 21st May i gave my car for 2nd Servicing to SAS Workshop, Amausi Airport, lucknow and my car met with an accident by co.'s Company's driver, and the employees have used my Insurance for getting my vehicle repair without my consent and have signed my duplicate sign on the claim papers, today when i enquired about the papers then i come to know..
i just wanted to ask,
1. who is going to pay the increased premium amount?
2. value of my car which is insured is being reduced?

This is my humble request that kindly take an urgent action on it.. and i want my car to be replace with the new one, as my car is now a accidental one, which will create a problem in the near future..
if possible then could you please forward your head's email id or phone no. who can sort out my prob. or call me on the below mentioned number.
