My name is Satpal Singh. I gave my two Maruti Swift Car tyres to J. K. Tyre & Industries Ltd. C/O Simar Agencies 97-98, Baba Phulla Singh Market, Amritsar on 14-10-11. The claim no. is Wnr00126311 & Wnr00126411. Both two tubeless tyres have problem of air leakage. From which one tyre is unused. The agency’s dealing person told me that the complaint can be attend till 17th Oct 11 but they did not gave me any response and deal well. The company’s service is very poor and delay. kindly help me out to solve this problem.
