    Default KHT Motors, Bangalore Cheated

    For a Tata Manza car that has been delivered, KHT has not provided tool kit and first aid kit and filled the signed form by themselves that everything has been provided and have told that they have it in the car. With trust I had taken the vechicle home and found after 3 days that they are missing. When I asked about the same, they said they have already provided and cannot provide again.

    KHT Motors have provided sunfilm as so called dealer discount and it was done so poorly that driving in night has become miserable. Also they put very poor quality sunfilm to such a high end model of Tata Manza.

    When I spoke to the manager of KHT Motors, he talked to his customer so rudely and washed his hands in case of tool kit and first aid kit and asked to buy by myself.

    Such dealers are actually spoiling the reputation of TATA and wonder why people prefer other brands for such top end cars.

    Default my experience

    I took a fiat Punto from KHT, i had a lot of problems, live all that appart, the sun shild of the car on left side was missing, i did not notice that at the time of delivery. Next day i went to a long trip and on the way i noted that it is missing. i come back and met the KHT and started telling all storrys. i directly told i will not move out of the place till they fix a new one. it took few hours, though they finaly did it. looking to your complaint i feel that there is some thing seriously wrong to this people!!!!

    Default KHT worst dealer and i have not yet taken car ownership

    I agree, the FIAT representatives are very unprofessional. please avoid this dealer at any cost, infact i had such pre purchase experience i am planning to pull out from the deal.

    most hopeless service.

    Angry Avoid kht motors, brookefield bangalore at all costs

    This means even if you have to stay home without a car. Without question my worst experience working with any company buying any consumer product in Bangalore.

    I made the mistake of buying a Fiat Linea from this disgraceful agency. Four weeks after I have purchased the car, I am yet to get the accessories I was promised. They lied about everything - the availability of the cars, the date it was going to be delivered, the price of the cars and even the features. They took money from me weeks earlier than needed on a pretext.

    Fiat has no hope if they rely on this disgraceful agency.

    Angry KHT Motor fraud

    I paid 29K towards accessories before delivery of my Tata Manza. I was handed over a hand written bill (sl no:602 dated 20th August) at KHT, Bangalore show room saying that printer is not working and final bill will be given during delivery. But unfortunately I received the car with partial accessories and was promised that rest will be fixed during first service.

    1.I did inform well before first service for rest of the accessories. But not a single accessory of remaining was fixed during that time.

    2.To surprise me more, I was told by sales person(Joseph) that anti rust coating is done before delivery but when I checked it was not there. Finally it was done on 23rd of October. More over the dealer refused to accept the 10% off coupon given by Tata Motors without any proper explanation.

    3.Similarly your service engineer(Javed) called me during first service and said that they have replaced "head light switch panel" because of a complain. But I faced the same problem even after service. I was not able to take the vehicle in the night. KHT service people finally replaced the same day and also admitted that it was not replaced during the first service.

    4.During first service I complained that the 3M sunfilm on all doors contains lots of bubbles. But nothing was done during both my visits to the service centre. After asking several times for warranty card they gave me the card. But I was surprised to see only one year warranty contradicting the three year promise by the sales guy(Joseph).

    5.Still I am waiting for actual bills and warranty cards even after two and half months of delivery of the vehicle.

    Tatas are traditionally know for poor service. I can not imagine worse service than this.So its better to avoid this dealer.

    First and foremost it is our responsibility and right to check each and everything before we take the delivey..
    we can reject it on the spot, if we find some mistakes.. this could happen with any dealer..
    what is the dealer comes and says that we lost it ..

    I am not defending any dealer.. I am just saying that we should take care of all such things as we are paying the hard earned money from our pocket

    Default KHT Motots un professional way..

    Yes Even i faced lot of problems while taking car .. One number plate was missing before last minute of delviery and no body aware where it is ... and next time when i went both number places were present but big dent on the left side of vehile again got delayed by sometime and nobody was in possition to give delivery date after correction they are very irresponsible .. once payment done ...
