I had purchased an i10 car on 15th September 2010. I had sold my prevoious car and submitted the documents for Exchange bonus to the company with the time period. The dealership initially had told that the process takes place around 6 months and would get back to me.After the 6 months time still the company kept saying it would take more time. Now after a year the company's GM says he has no clue to it and tells would get back. I have complained to Hyundai Customer Care around 10 times for the same but there has been no response from either the company or the dealership.
