Would like to bring to your attention that the services rendered by Chevrolet dealers has been very Poor.
Just to give you a background, I had purchased a Spark (MH-04 ET 7270) on 16th April 2011.

After several follow ups and visits to KSM Auto Works at Andheri (Eliyas Nabi Khan / Ivan) I was given the free service booklets only in July 2011 after which I immediately did my free service though I was charged Rs 3K odd.

Now since my car is almost 6 months I wanted to avail the next free service. I had called up KSM and they gave me the service centre No at Goregaon (Mr Arvind). After giving them a call I was informed that due to some maintainence at the workshop would have to get the car serviced at Ashta Vinyak at Oshiwara for which I took an appointment on 19th Oct 2011 at 10:30 am. (Varsha)

On arrival I was told that the car if fine and if I need to wash it it would cost me extra (Mr Kaleel). I have not only wasted my time and energy taking the car for service but I would bee keen to know that when I was committed free service why is there always a charge. On seeking clarification I was informed that I should go ahead and lodge a complaint with you

I really regret for going in for this car and not for a maruti brand now that I know the service levels of chevrolet.
I just hope that other customer will not have to go through all this pain and mental stress that I have gone through.
