It so happened the Mahindra & Mahindra officially opened it's new XUV booking from 29th Sept 2011 and on 3rd Oct 2011 - I placed my booking for the said vehicle.

At the time of booking I was promised by the dealer on getting a call difectly from company within 2days of my booking confirming the delivery date. But on the 3rd day no call was given to me by the company so I again checked with the dealer and he confirm that you should be getting a call anytime...

Till today - I have not received this call from Mahindra on confirming my deliver date.

I have been following up both with the dealer and the Mahindra and Mahindra, at first they requested me to go for lower version to which I refused...Later follows I was told we have got overwhelming response and thus we are in process of confirming the date...

Later the mystery unfolded more and I was told that company has stopped booking for AWD variant. I said this gives u space to confirm your existing customer but nothing is happening.
What I get to understand that the deliver might take 6 months and when asked is company planning to increase the price we are told that customer is liable to pay the price at the time of deliver.
I being a customer is yet to be confirmed on the delivery date when I booked my car in just 4 days time..

Please let me know what options is left with me, I have even reach out to head of sale and he just confirms I will personally confirm but nothing is happening in this front. Lower version are seen on the Road.
Yesterday, I again called the dealer and he mentioned we are also following with Mahindra, if they we not ready to do the delivery for AWD why did they ask us to open the booking.

I really do not know what option remains with me but to wait Or I can do something

Please help - how can company like Mahindra make such flaw and why should be as customer suffer for there wrong calculation..
