This is to let you know about the laxity, and cheating by the Marikar Skoda Showroom in Trivandrum. I had booked a Skoda Fabia paying an amount of 1 lakh even though the booking amount was 25000. They explained that if I paid an extra amount, they can provide the vehicle quicker that the normal delivery time of 3 months. The very next day I cancelled the booking and they agreed to return the money within 1 week. It has been close to two months and I have not received any amount as they keep stating that the MD is out of station and is not available to sign the cheque or that they have fund issues. If Marikar motors is having fund issues in refunding a customer an amount of 1 lakh, I do not understand how they are running their business?

The amount of mental trauma suffered by my family in following up with them and getting negative responses is enormous. I have decided to take legal action to recover the amount with interest and compensation for all mental agony and trauma caused.

As a piece of advice, please do not purchase your vehicles from Marikar motors, trivandrum. They do not have any credibility and they cheat you. Such showrooms should be shut down as a lesson.

Yes!! they are horrible... i too have posted my experience with them .
