I was stranded at Dahisar Check- Naka last night at 1:30am. I called Maruti On Road Service @ 18004200 at 1:47 am.My complaint was registered and a reference no provided (MH02BM8743) with an assurity that a technician would call me in the next 10 mts.I even got a sms stating the same.I waited for half an hour and then tried the above mentioned no again.I tried in vain for the next one hour but I kept getting the busy tone(it's difficult to imagine that there could have been so many breakdowns in a single night.Nonetheless, with no help forthcoming from Maruti's end I had to arrange for a towing vehicle and drag my car home.What is the point of having such a service if it cannot be rendered to people who require it.I sincerely hope that after posting this complaint stern action is taken as I have been greatly inconvenienced.
