Hi,
I want to make a formal complaint against Mandovi Motors(J P NAGAR 5th phase).I had given my vehicle for repairing & servicing. After a week I was told that the car was ready for pickup. On reaching the service station I was informed that the battery had died down and that I need to purchase a new battery. The battery never gave any indications of any problems from the day I bought the car. My question is ...What hapened to the battery in the 5 days I left the car in the service station. Finally I had to buy a new battery from the showroom itself ( I am wondering if this is a conspiracy or marketing strategy to sell new batteries to customers).
I was never informed of the state of the battery till the time I came to take delivery of the car.
Is this the customer service MANDOVI talks about ?
