I got new maruti suzuki Zen Estillo in August. Upon deleviry I found that vehicle is rusted. Complaint to dealer and Maruti was of no use. Can any 1 pls help. I have already launch several complaint with maruti but of no use.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue with Zen Estillo delivered on 15-Jan-12 where we got the delivery with rusty spare parts. They are not ready to change the whole car as they say it is already registered.

Can you please let me know if there was progress on your complaint and how did you deal with it?
