I am totally frustrated about my new Alto lxi car, though it is only six months old it has given many problem what i will list down.
1. One month after the delivery of the car - the Horn was not working - The poor quality clip of the horn was used when manufactured (Maruti's Authorised Workshop Dewar's Garage,kolkata told that when i visited the workshop for my first servicing of the car)
2. The Roof top Matting was so poor that it was loosely coupled with the seeling and hanging from it( the Authorised Delaer try to justify that it happens with two three cars. it is also an manufacturing defect)
3. The most embarrasing and frustrating is that suddenly while yesterday i was trying to start my car it was not getting started. By my very few understanding i can guess that there may be some problem with the circuit of the car.

Now my question is to Maruti that why they make such deffective car while they demand that they are Automobile technology giant in the market and Alto is their best selling car.
I think they should keep it in Mind the Quality of the car when making low cost - small segment car. I am sure they don't do a Quality check properly for this small segment car after product has made.
