Sub:- Regarding Bad quality of the car delivered and also bad response of the dealers
Dear Sir,
I ( Sardar Singara Singh) am the residence of Rajrapa project Ramgarh I had purchased brand new Alto LXi model from your dealer in Bokaro Steel city on 6th june 2010 with engine no :- 4408000 and chasis no :- 1650635. As there is believe and faith of the peoples on the products of maruti and the reputation of the company I had chosen the alto car thinking that I am getting the best car in its class and also from the best company.
The PDI was done and the car was given to me, The PDI was not done properly. I had complained of the Engine noise but I was told that is only due to new car. After driving of about 200 km the engine noise increased and also car was making problems in starting. I complained of that to the dealers and as the car was brand new I expected that they will replace it with another one . But they refused I had complaint to the costumer care of maruti many a times but the result was zero. After several requests the dealer had agreed and told that they will change the engine. I was not having any way other than that so I agreed and they ordered for the new engine. Engine came and fitted on 8th of September.
I was thinking that it will be the end of the trouble and I will enjoy my car.
But again there were several problems. Again the car was giving the starting problems and the blinkers were not working.And the behavior of the Dealer
Is also very bad for their Customer.
The AC was not working and the coolent leaked in the body of the car. Then
I again came to the workshop and the car dashboard was opened completely.
In four months the car came in the workshop for five times.
As this is the warranty period so I am not asked for any charged but when the warranty will finish I will be charged. You can feel my pain I staying in Rajrappa Project, Ramgarh which is 100 kms from bokaro and I am coming and sitting in the dealers office worthless for hours.
Dear sir so it is my kind requests that you please change this car with another new one. I am writing this letter thinking that it may be possible that the authorities of company may not be aware of this.
Please give some attention on this letter, for me 3 lacs is big deal I had managed my saving to by this car.
It is my last request to the Maruti and I will wait for the reply. If there will be negative response or no response then I will have to make a request in the consumer forum.
