I purchase that car in 6 th dec. 2009 from above said dealer and at present in some sound and noise in dash board and driver side gate. Still i purchased the car , i send my car 6 to 8 times at krish automotors servise station. But my problem currently not solved so i am totally mentally disturbed

We booked a maruti suzuki Swift ZDI car with Indus Motors Muvattupuzha on 31st of August 2011.in the name of GIRISH P.During booking we had told them about our urgency since it was meant for the purpose of gifting to my sister on marriage. They agreed to make delivery of car by December 2011. We didnt receive the car till date and they cheated us in other way too. They called us over phone on january 2012and asked us to take DD from bank as they were delivering the car by 6th of february. We believed them and took DD on 4th february itself. Them they started the real game and on asking they put forth ampty number of reasons which had no sense to be believed. Then we complained to maruti but they also didn't give much of care. Now our bank is asking for details and the bank wants the DD bank as they have to complete their formalities. Also we have to pay interest of RS.9600 without getting the vehicle.The people of Indus Motors especially Mr.Saji Joseph.Regional sales head, is now asking us to cancel the booking if we cannot wait.Now if we cancel we wont get another loan and also we can't keep our words with our sister's family.We areinsulted and mentally harassed by these people. Please help us toget our vehicle as early as possible by the end of FEBRUARY other wise we are going to be in great trouble.
