Hi,

I have purchased Maruti Suzuki - Ritz - LXI last year i.e 01-Dec-2009.

Recently when I was travelling, I got some problem with my car near Ongole, Andhra Pradesh.

I have given my car for service in JAYALAKSHMI AUTOMOBILES, ONGOLE on 28-July-2010. Maruti authorized service center code: G501. Till date the service engineering is telling that he need some spare parts, he placed order to Maruti. But he is not getting the spare parts.

It is already 40 days. I places many a complaint via marutisuzuki.com site. One of the complaint number is 9783637678. There is no proper response from them. Today I called to Andhra Pradesh regional head office, they gave another number to contact, his name is Uday, his contact number is (+91) - 900737314.

I called to him many a times and he is not picking up the call... I called back to the regional head office land line # 040-66729999. They are telling that Uday is not in office.
My car variant is : Maruti Ritz-LXI.
Registration Number AP 09 BW 9272

This is really very very poor service from Maruti...

Can some one suggest me how I can resolve my problem?
