I have been cheated by a Maruti Suzuki dealer in Kolkata.
They have sold me a new car which was re-painted by the dealer before delivery.
I have identified the paint areas by another Maruti Authorized Service center's paint-job specialist.
The areas those were painted are - 1) Complete front bumper 2) Front and rear part above the wheels of both-sides (includes both plastic and metal areas)
The car is 6 months old now. I have complained to Maruti Suzuki regarding this.
Damages made to me -
1) Aesthetics of the new car destroyed
2) Buyer's sentiment humiliated

The dealer is trying to convince and negotiate me.
What should I do? Please help.
