I have purchased Maruti Suzuki SX4 ZXI MT vehicle from ABT Maruti, Coimbatore/Pollachi on 16 Jul 2010. As per the offer of Maruti Suzuki through various media, the expected mileage of the vehicle is 12.5 KM/Ltr in cities and 15.6 KM/Ltr in highways. The vehicle has now run more than 1500 KM and the first service (on completion of one month) has been done. But the mileage achieved by my vehicle is only 10 to 11 KM/Ltr irrespective of highways or cities.I have also made a service request at Maruti Sale Cum Service Centre, BRD Bypass Road, Thrissur on 15 sep for improving the mileage. Even after this service I got just 11.0 KM/Ltr. My vehicle have run maximum on highways only.

The vehicle registration number is KL 45 E 2223.
Please advice the course of action for getting my this grievance reddressed.
