Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm really disappointed with service provided by you. The manager of Sri Krishna Auto sales Pvt. Ltd named Mr.Sushil D Chandak has on various occation used abusive language and has not completed his job.

On 19th June 2010 I went to your dealer for service of my car. They created the job card but later on requested for original Reg. certificate and insurance documents. At that time I had copy of those documents but were sealed and signed by Oath Commissioner. Your manager refused to accept those copies and used such a foul language which I cannot type in this mail. The problem with car is broken wind shield which can be repaired in a day but he has asked to come and collect my by 22nd of June 10.

Previously I had the same problem with him but now it’s gone out of hand. Either you take a hard step against it or I have no choice left besides a Court action against your dealer and Maruti Suzuki.

Kindly give this matter your urgent and utmost attention.

This is the e-mail sent by me to Maruti Suzuki regarding my alto car and to many excutives of there's. Till today there is not even a single call or e-mail or any reponse given by them besides a automative e-mail which to let you know that "Yea we got your mail!! Now what do you want?"

I never thought that a reputated firm like Maruti Suzuki will not listen to there customer and just want to make money out of us.
