Hi,

I am Sanjay Singh.I purchased a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire VXI petrol car on January 20,2010 and I was told that the car will be delivered in maximum of 3 months.But the car is not delivered yet,its been 5 months when I am calling the dealer and he does not provide the right information as in how long its going to take and what is the problem.

As per the regulations whatever will be the cost of the car in the market on delivery,I will have to bear it.When I purchased the car,it was 5.7 lacs(approx) and the cost has already reached 50000 above the mark,and yet no signs of delivery.Please help me out with this.
