I booked Maruti SX4 ZXi black from one up motors, lucknow on 13 may 2010 after paying Rs 20,000/- & was told that th veh would be made avl in 15 days but i requested the delivery on 10 jun 2010(after a month) as i was moving on posting from bhutan to secunderabad and wanted to take the delivery on transit. I've taken loan for the car from SBI, Hasimara, WB and the DD amt of Rs 6,66,028/- (CSD) payable at lucknow was made on 01 jun 2010. its lying with me since then.
Two months have passed since then and veh is not being made avl. ive even got to the extent of changing the colour from black to silky silver bcoz from 05 jun onwards i've been cited many reasons for the non availability of black colour. i've tried calling the dealer many a times but either they dont pick up phone or give illogical and absurd reasons like veh is under upgradation, colour is not available & so on...The attitude of ONE UP MOTORS have been irresponsible and disgusting.
