Dear sir/madam,

I purchased Maruti Wagon R on FEB 2011 from RNS MOTORS Maruti true value - yeshwanthpur.

In the month of May battary failed. Where RNS people dint agree for the replacement. hence i paid for the battery. ( NOTE: no testing on battery was done in the vehicle before handing over the vehicle to me)

In the month of June my AC failed. where Again Visited RNS motors to Repair it. but they put some seals and closed it, due to which again with in 10days it failed.

Later they found that there was a heavy leakage in the AC system and Closed it. Purformance is still under observation.

on 10th jan 2012 we found a crack in the charsy, when i approched RNS motors for warranty they claim that the vehicle warranty is only for Engine and Gear box.
But no where in the documents it is mentioned. They made there own rules. also they are not ready to listen on customer point.

I have really lost the hope of Maruti true value. also they have created a mental agony.

I request you kindly to look into this issue.
