Dear sir

iam brought a new car zen estelio on 9 sep 2008( Car Number RJ-20 CA- 7730) in ur near maruti show room bhatia and company iam regular timely done service in bhatia workshop but last 6 month iam facing some problem (vibration sound on front in my car )
im regularly right down this complain on service Engineer in bhatia company but problem not resolve till date iam continues last two month I l pay average 2000 rupee charge for service charge but problem not resolve till date
I had given my car for service on 4 Sep 2010, and warranty expires on 9 Sep 2010.
I am make a call in maruti center call center on 22 Sep 2009 given SR number is 5124049894

Maruti company charge to change part because warranty expires on 9 Sep 2010
Plz suggest what can I do……….

It is alarming to note how Maruti authorizes their service centers when they are incapable of handling the responsibility. I, for one, am very disappointed and disillusioned with the response I got and am also very sure that the next car I buy shall not be a Maruti suzuki
