Hi,

My uncle got a new ESTILO delivered on 15-Jan-12 with Engine no 4244304 chassis no MA3EMDE1S00345843CB from Automotive Mfg Pvt Ltd, Dombivli with rusted alternator pulleys, and rusted Aluminium Engine block, The car seems to be manufactured in Feb 2011, that implies that its from the old stock and also seems that propoer quality and service checks were not performed before registration and delivery to us.

We are demanding for a new car or refund of the entire money. Maruti is denying the request and instead offering us to replace the faulty parts and install a new one.

It is really disgusting to hear that the parts have to be changed with just 2 hours of delivery of the car. We dont trust the product further and hence request for replacing the whole car or refund the entire paid amount.
