Subject: car no. HR99GM(T)3324, model Pajero SFX
Sir this is to bring into your kind intimation requestfully, that i purchased Pajero SFX from Asian Motors, Hisar (Haryana) on 30th of October 2010. The colour of the car is carbon, engine no is HM0264, Chasis no is MA073V46WAH006049. As per the scheduled time i.e. after 1000 kms of run down i took the car to Premire Motor (Chadigarh) for its first service. After which i departed for Dehradun ( Uttrakhand)and after only 50kms the car stopped when i contacted the service center they sent a service van and took Pajero again to the service centre by the mode of two chain. There at the centre engineers are not able to diagnose the problem as they themselves are saying that this type of case has never occurred. They were asking for my permission to open the head, i.e, half engine in anticipation to know the reason for the breakdown. I rejected the proposal as the value of the car would drastically go down.
Sir I bought this car because it is reliable as it is from the world known manufacturing unit, but this car seems to be an assemble car which need its head to be opened merely after 1000 Km. It seems that there is some manufacturing defect. Sir i would not like to keep a car which is not reliable. I would request you to please refund my money or if this is not possible then it with a new Pajero SFX.
