This is to inform you all the incident happen to me that this MSM service staff trying to cheat me.
I gave my vehicle for dent and painting and he said,after approval from insurance you have to pay Rs.500 for policy update.I said ok and when vehicle is ready, he called me saying you have to pay Rs.1100 extra (other than Rs.500) for VAT.
I, then enquired insurance company and other service center and got confirmation that nothing more than Rs.500 has to be paid from me.When i went to MSM and asked to give the bill detail for VAT and i said,will pay it 2 days later and take the car, staff replied, we cant give the bill.I said i cant pay the bill and further explained him that enquired insurance company and other service center. Suddenly he twisted his answer and said, i will bare that cost from my pocket and you pay only Rs.500.But when i got the final bill from him after paying Rs.500 where it is mentioned the total to be claimed from insurance company including VAT also in that.
Like this the consumer are cheated.Public becareful......................
