I have purchased a MICRA XV 1.5 diesel Car from Navnit Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.
D-3, Hingna M I D C, Amravati Road NAGPUR - 440028 (Authorized Nissan Dealer) on date 22.06.2011
The car was deleivered to me with out without any inspection by any engineers. As it has been told by sales person that still the service station has not been started, hence engineers has not been appoited.

Further I had send the my car for repairing thrice for whistling Break Noice to the service center, and complain about the break noise, first time it has been told the work has been done.
On 1-7th dec 2011 , i send my car for other work the break noise problem also noted by service person, at the time of delivery it has been told that work has been done.
Last on Friday dt.24 Dec 2011,i had send car specially for BREAK NOISE, company engineer mr.pradeep has told me that all the query and problem has been solved and now there is no NOISE in break.
For your info on very next day the same problem started again and there is huge NOISE while breaking the CAR still the problem not resolved.

I had send the mail to the company at customercare.hai@email.nissan.in , stating the above technical problem, but till date there is no reply from company side after 3 reminders . hence i has been approach to consumer forum.

Now i require new car or full :OR refund amount paid to the company to avoid the litigation.
