My son Dr Uday Ganatra Has Purchased New car from show room INDICA ZIN and found defective lodged the compain to Consumer forum after 8/10 Month judgment was given negative. He suffered loss of his business and thretned by dealer. Hence left the matter. As he is doctor and every time judge call them on date and after 3/4 hours wasted and fulfill whole documents some time his operation time he sent his wife with poer of attorny Shr is also doctor but all afferort gone in wain. what to do further. please advaise me.

I am senior cityzen purchased several plan of LIC,Max Newyork,Relienece,Kotak,Birla Sunlife and other Most of the plan i urchased in single premium and they are forcing me to pay ammount for 3 Years and also plan which i purchased is n ot as per agreed mutually. Only one reply is given free look period is over and your policies under lapsaton. All mostly plan are miseling and totally wrong while chcking now. Even IRDA is not responding. Can i take criminal action against them as i am senior cityzen and i am not able to go to court. Please inform me soon.
