I bought a car SWIFT DEZIRE from competent motor on 8/09/2011
The car was delivered in night around 8 pm
during checking i found mismatching in BACK BUMPER which was immediately informed
concerned manager was called .. and he asked we will set it right tomorrow
reaching home it was found diggy lever not working
gear system not smooth
back gear noise
and so many other problem
it was informed to concern person at competent automobiles pvt. ltd canaught place
he said it will be set right at the time of first servicing
I m requesting for first service and setting all problems right
they are not doing anything only false promises
i m being forced for first service at GAZIPUR which is too far from my residence ......and even that is not been done
BASICALLY THERE CONCERN IS TO SELL VEHICLE AND NOT COSTUMER SATISFACTION
