Good evening, I am here with bringing to your kind notice that i have purchased Fiat Palio Stile (Multijet) in the month of september 2009. I drove for 8000km before that it was gone through for secong service at 7500km after driving for 500km, i have noticed that front two tyres inside were badly damaged and threads were clearly visible. and i made compalint to Tata motors-Jasper Industies -Vijayawada. later they have sent the pictures to the company. and agreed to replace front two tyre after 3months of cmplaint. but shocking incident is that now these tyres are not under production. i have verifed in all over AP but found fruitless. They have cheated me by loading 2008 manufacture tyres. due to this those tyre have damaged quiclky. Please do the needful on this. I want to go to consumer court. please guide me on this.
