I have purchased a Nissan Micra XE 1.2 petrol Car from Navnit Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.
D-3, Hingna M I D C, Amravati Road NAGPUR - 440028 (Authorized Nissan Dealer)
in last month. Full payment is made through Bank DD. In their quotation they have given
the price details as 1. Ex-showroom price with octroi Rs. 4,18,710.00
2. Insurance Rs. 15,385.00
3. R T O Charges Rs. 35,309.00
4. On-Road Rs. 4,69,404.00
I have been provided with receipts Dt.8/11/2011 for R T O Charges amounting Rs.29,660.00 only. (Tax 29,310.00 + Regtn/hypo. 350.00). On asking about difference amount in RTO charges. No satisfactory reply is given by their G M . I have visited show room 4-5 times to get the proper reply but in vein. I asked them to return the excess amount paid. They are not giving any satisfactory reply neither returning the amount. On inquiring at R T O Nagpur about charges, there is no extra charges ia taken except this one. I have e-mailed a complaint to the Nissan company at nissanmicra.co.in on 10.12.2011 but no reply till date. Hence this complaint.
